David took this video of me riding on the Southern Lakes Trail (which I find rather amazing as I have to keep both hands on my handlebars 99% of the time). It gives you a good sense of what the trail is like. It is rather odd to see myself peddling and my legs in action. Personally, I like the way the shadows work in the video.

Love the video with all your gear and the steadiness of your pace. I also love the little "aghhh!". :) So far I haven't seen any pictures of David. Is he camera shy?
