The Polka Dot Journal is a blog reflecting on life as a middle-aged athlete who found a love of cycling. I saw your city list and thought I would let you know that when I'm in Lansing, I'm about an hour away from Grand Rapids. so if you go through GR during the week, maybe we can meet up there.
