The Polka Dot Journal is a blog reflecting on life as a middle-aged athlete who found a love of cycling. It considers topics related to being a new athlete, a strong woman, a cyclist, a long-distance rider and a new mechanic. Bicycle Riding School Faculty at Work
Here Susan and I are working on fixing knee and elbow pads for our beginning riding students. Part of teaching riding is maintaining the fleet of bicycles as well as the equipment. Luckily, we work well together and have some fun in the process.
